That's Basil and a very scared looking spanner!

They made it unscathed as did everybody all day. I had to make a hasty retreat mind you.

That Basil is a hard task master, or should that read just a master. He showed me just what a 1200 is capable of in the right hands, as did forry with his 1150. I didn’t get on film but Forry pulled a wheelie at the top of this ridicules track that Basil took us over in the ice and snow , and he just did it for the crack, both of them
An easy decent.

Looks cold up there...

Spent a long winters weekend bashing the steering to bits on the old landy a few years back up in the dales...

All I remember was it was cold... I was weraring more insulation than the Michelin man... and I had to get a mate to straighten the steering rods for me
