went out today........

loverly scenary....

weather kept threatening....

This looked so inviting but so very out of bounds so off to Hawes for a butty

Then after a massive butty and a brew off to play again this time in the rain and hail........

Again great views and we could see a little pond type thing that looked worthy of a look......

more great views, yes that way......

I've gotta say for this type of stuff these bikes are superb

fantastic place but bloody cold, 4.5 degrees on the temperguesstimator jobby

Once over a priddy little ancient bridge we found the pond we had seen from on the track.......

Then on to Bolton Castle, you cant tell in the crappy camera phone picture but it had just started to pi$$ it down......

so heading away from the rain we headed north...ish to what looked like better weather only to see more bad weather on its way so after a few more pics we started to make our way home trying to dodge the rain by having coffee breaks.....

Well top day out, but very cold...Maybe I should have put on a fleece as well as just a T shirt.............and my winter gloves

Even if you'd invited me,...I don't have my bike on the road for a few weeks (clearing some 5yr old points). Been checking how unfit I am by cycling to work..sure is dull apart from the lorry's storming past.
