I envy him, seriously. I've lost years of my life waiting for a woman who can't get out of bed until 09:30 - Add cup of tea, shower, breakfast, another cup of tea......11:00 at earliest....

Looks like you had a great trip but can you please try to show our fantastic county in a less favourable light? You’re going to get southerners wanting to come up here and that will never do.
Well that was a good read. All looked very nice indeed and you got the weather right. 
And a PS to my last comment ..... checked out one of your mentioned "used to have a beer at The Lister Arms in Malham" ..that really does look nice ! SO good I have added it to my list of "GSer recommended places" to stay and signed up to a news letter. I can feel a northern trip coming on !

Yes indeed .. I looked at the B&B rates AND then the prices on the food blackboards in the restaurant ! Perhaps just the ONE night.. it looks so good I shall have to go !
