Day 6

Braunlage Harz to Plzen Chechia

Another early start as we roll out at 0700.

More of “Hockenheim” Harz down to Stolberg, possibly the most chocolate box village in Germany.

Cultural stop here, then onwards to visit an ex Mig 21 Base.

It’s now overgrown and the runway is used by local clubs to wazz their cars up and down.

We pause at a Hardened Aircraft Shelter, zap the gate with a tour sticker and blast off for a trip back to a childhood memory ……
