Damaged cam!

I had a meteorology report done on the cam/follower by a buddy of mine at his work. quiet interesting! Anyway would anybody know of any cam manufacturers that also cover the BMW. Trying to get prices + options before trying original. A mild performance cam is acceptable if their cheaper than OE.

Be careful, i've heard that BMW supply cams to the aftermarket sellers which they just re-profile.

Well I am sort of dammed if I do Dammed if I don't.

Without going into detail and starting another dribbling contest the STD cams do not appear over hard but repeat fatigue would appear to be the culprit, apparently the X-ray images were cool.

I think alot of the aftermarket performance cams are out of the r1100s? , I know BMW OE are £130, wunderlich do an aftermarket cam but price I don't know but it looks so similar to OE not to be one that has been remachined or is an 'S' cam.
