They found the bike from the info that I gave them (the etched number) and its currently being processed. I provided the v5c as well so skip the 14 day waiting period, so hopfully be transferred to me shrortly. Also getting a new warning label as there isn't one on the bike at present. £20 fee to transfer, which hopefully l'll get back plus some on next years insurance policy. (not going to add it on to current as the charge to change it is more than any potential saving, i think!)
