day 2:
first place for juha with the bmw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
not bad for a bike that seems to be a "poor" and bad bike for some people.

3dr place for knight.

Awesome news.........just shows the bike CAN do it!

And so it should win... If BMW Motorrad are confident in the bike enough to enter the WEC then it should be within the bikes capabilities to win an event.

I bet the team are over the moon now Juha has delivered the goods.

Knighter had a foot peg missing on his bike ;)

Some on board footage from Knighter

SO WAHT HE MISSED A FOOTPEG, the g450x had that to on the rxberg where it became second( thats one spot higher than 3dr....)

The thing i find very interesting, that if the beemer is 4-5 place its a bad bike and it cannot be Knight.
Now the beemer wins and you say, offcourse its a competation bike it should be. Nobody says what a poor bike that kawa just 3 and 4 ........
and it missed a footpeg.. .. if the beemer would miss a footpef youprobably would say.. its of poor quality made bike.....

thers allways an excuse.

Brommer, don't get drawn into an argument with this guy, he's only trying to annoy you.

wo wo wo... easy tiger !!

It was just a post to say it should win a wec event as it is a full on factory bike, Good work to the BMW guys and the imput from Juha as the bike has got steadily better as the season has progressed.

Knighter did have a peg missing but I didn't post that as an excuse for the 3rd place, I am sure he is over the moon with his 3rd place... He will have had a lot of pressure on him as the whole off road fan base will have been sat watching how he rode this event.

I bet he is glad for Juha too.

I had no intention to annoy anybody with my comments sammo.

Whats up with you G450X riders... your all touchy all of a sudden are you nearing the 70hrs service !! :comfort:comfort

Brommo don't worry, Brompton92 is still a bit sore that Fowlers were selling off 2009 KTM 400 EXC-Rs for £4500, after paying a over a grand more just a few months ago.....

Read this months TBM mag mitchman... they are now £5999 + OTR.

None for sale in the back of the mag though. :augie:augie

Firts day, bmw first with Juha salminen, 7,4 seconds on the second place david knight with the kawa.

And he did it,
Knight first place and Juha 3rd place on the second day od the WEC france.
End of season with BMW on a 2de place in the World ranking. (if i,m not misyaken
Till next year.
