Daytime riding lights wiring.

Just fitted a pair of Oriental aux led lamps on the 2010 glide which also has a third wire to utilise an led strip as a DRL.
Should I hook them up into the headlamp wire from the small running bulb or via an accessory socket harness under seat where I plugged in the Sat Nav?

That accessory harness (3x outlets) powers on when ignition is switched on.
