Daytona boot repairs

Does anyone have a phone number for Daytona boots, my Trans Open GTX have started to leak and i would like to know if the Gortex lining can be replaced and if so what the cost would be?

I don't think you can contact them direct. They are a German company but your local dealer can normally send them back for you. I've had a couple of pairs done, seem to remember it was about £100 give or take a bob or two.

Hein Gericke branches can get the repairs done for you - boots sent back to the factory so be prepared to be without them for several weeks

Had mine sent back for repair by Hideout Leathers, cost around a £100 4 years ago and they came back like new, and still going strong! Given that they are £300+ thats a bargain.

Got mine re-soled and new Gore-Tex liner fitted in Jan this year. Dropped off to local Daytona dealer, he sent 'em to Germany. Took about 3 weeks and cost £115 plus postage. Pricey but still cheaper than a new pair. They're six years old and so comfy I just couldn't bin 'em. If I get another six years out of them, I might consider a new pair

Dont know which side of Manchester you live or if ever go near: but Crusader at Chesterfield send them back for repair. Might be worth giving them a ring if nothing else for current price 01246-01246-454921
