I've been trying to raise 'Tony's of Prestatyn', previously the UK importers of Daytona boots but with no joy. The tel no I have is "not recognised", a Google search gives 7al generic sites quoting the same no. and the domain name is for sale :(

I have a well travelled pair of Roadstars in need of TLC and new soles. Any ideas who to call (UK) to access Daytona's excellent after sales service? I used Tony's in 2002 and was well impressed.

Try these two places..............

Tran AM Ltd.
William House Gore Road, New Milton, Hamp BH 25 6 RJ
Phone: 0044 1425 620 580, Fax: 00 44 1425 620 580

Joe Hughes International · Grasstrack & Speedway Supplies
Goodsmoor Road, Littleover · Derby, DE23 1NH · England
Tel & Fax: + 44 13 32-76 95 78

I believe that Tran AM Ltd. are probably the people that you need to talk to. For anyone else who 'needs to know' who to contact, try this website.......

TofP retired in 2004 I think.

As longdog has posted, TranAm have taken over as distributor. They don't seem to acknowledge this on their website though http://www.tranam.co.uk/
They've lost some big dealerships too: Fowlers in Bristol is one, so I think they might be just a bit rubbish!

If the place in Derby can't help then contact Graham at GLF in Flitwick, Beds. He does a mail order service but also visits many shows throughout the year where you might be able to drop off the boots. Apparently GLF sell more Daytona boots than any other UK retailer. http://www.glfacc.demon.co.uk/index.html

I had a problem with my Evo Riders last year and returned them direct to Daytona in Germany.

Returned in three weeks with new inner boots and a free tube of leather cream :clap

Someone on here posted a link to a shop in Germany that I ordered mine from.
Fantastic service, I ordered an XL pair of gloves and meant to order Euro size 46 boots ........ ordered 36 by mistake.

Chap from shop in the Fatherland phoned me "just to confirm" I had big hands and small feet?????

Very decent of them and showing more than a little thought went into reading my order.
