Tunneruk is dead right. I have a hardly-used pair of Trans-Opens that I'm thinking of selling - size 8. Interested?

My experience of trying on several pair of Trans Open GTX is that they're made on a very wide-fitting last. I concluded that Daytonas are made for clod-footed Orcs while Sidis are built for slim-footed Elves like me......

Being a clod-footed Orc, I find myself in complete agreement. My size 45 Daytona Trans Open Goretex fit like a glove unlike my size 45 Sidi Adventures which are a real pinch widthways

To the OP, go for your normal size and they should be spot on.

The TOGTX are the best day riding/touring boot I've ever worn...fits so perfectly one doesn't know that they're on!!!

I'm a size 45, so tried on the 45 and guess what......exactly as per above
