Having just bought an 1150 GS I have had reason to use three suppliers in the last week...
Nippy Normans, 100% top service, the order arrived next day, well packed and I even got a personal email from Norm telling me it was despatched and asking where I saw his ad. (here)
Touratech, I ordered a GPS 2610 mount 3 weeks ago, phoned and chased and its still in germany being made. Not happy.
Coopers BMW Reading - Possibly the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Had to write my number down and phone me back as just "far to busy" to deal with me and then they never did. The part I need (a speedo cable) was not in stock, they'll call me when its in (yeah right!) This was after I was dismissed by them for "only" spending £6k on a motorbike. I really dont like BMW dealers so far I have to say...
