As I said before, happy to oblige. Being what I am probably explain why I kept receiving parcels with the same missing item from NN

This "no picture" version of "look, we do not give a flying f*** about your bike picture but hey your garage is painted in green !" was a lot of fun Mike... Thanks for your valuable inputs, that I will treasure for ever in my memory, alongside my mother in law comments about life in general, the use of our taxes and the fact that the weather is not any longer what it used to be before...

More seriously, thanks to all the others for your comments, and as it seems extreemly rare to get such issues with NN, I guess I was just not lucky.
