Dec 12th rideout anyone?

Thanks lads a great day out well worth the trip up from Dorset
A good route with lots of different tracks up and down hill with sand clay mud and plenty of water mixed with some short road sections just enough to clear the tyres
if you'r near Liss I recommend the Priors Dean Vinyard well worth a stop and a chat very nice people ( a good backpack essential )

Ian & Jan looking forward to the next one !

Dave and the rest of the group, Thanks for a great day laning. I have just ordered two new tyres so hoepfully I'll have a little more grip on the steep climbs next time.
It would be great to fix a regular date each moth to hit the lanes if anyone is interested, what do you think??

I'd be up for that, then anything else on top is a bonus :)

SUNDAYs are best for me as the lad has footy on Saturdays.

So, how about aiming for the 2nd Sunday of each month and taking it in turns to be "route master", then we can vary the meeting place accordingly...?

I'd be up for doing that.

Sound good to me. Unfortunately i'm away on the 2nd sunday of Jan but if you fancy moving it to the 1st Sunday which is the 3rd of Jan i'm free and keen to test the new tyres out. I'll try to stick to the 2nd Sunday for the following months. What the point having a plan if you can't change it.

I can't do the 3rd Jan cos I'm off up to Gregs ride the day before...........

The other date I can do in Jan is the 24th. If you prefer to stick with the 2nd Sunday of the month I understand. I will get it into my diary for the following months so hopefully it will easier to keep the Sundays clear. I can always use the 3rd of Jan to sort out a new route for us the following month.

24th Todd?

I'll take up the challenge and lead as long as you help me out when I get stuck! I'll use the 3rd of Jan for a planning trip out and around the lanes. As usual on the day your input will be welcome as I'm sure you know more of the lanes than I do. In answer to your question about posting it as a regular event, yes it seems like a good idea. The more people that are involved the better the changes are that there will be enough turning up each month to make it work. If the group gets to big we can always split into two groups.
