decent riding instruction in Ipswich area?

Can anyone recommend a patient riding instructor in the Ipswich area of Suffolk for my 19 year old lad?

He passed his car test 18months ago, now has signed up to a four day course direct access and has just come back from his first day and hated it - loved the riding but the instructor was very short on patience, and seems to lack the basics: eg though my son was under instruction fro 9am to 3:30pm they didn't even break for lunch or a snack: when I did my direct access with Riders Edge in Wales the guys there made sure we were fed and watered every 90minutes or so to keep us sharp -

Anyway - good news is he has got his CBT - but probably best if we cut our losses and find an instructor he can trust for the rest of his tuition -
