Can anyone help, my son works abroad and his Dell Inspiron USB ports have all stopped working.
He's checked on the net and has "restored the system to an earlier date
re installed the drivers and hardware etc"
He's contacted Dell and is awaiting a reply but fears there may be a problem with his motherboard.
Any help would be much appreciated since it's all gobblygook to me.
