Denali B6 brake light.

If you drop the rear plastics (the bit that holds the licence plate and indicators, just two screws). You have to go under the bike and look up

You can see a hole to route it through....very easy and quick
That’s very helpful, thsnk you.

I’ll give this a look later, thank you.

Have you got a picture of your install? I’ve just got the twin B6’s to fit as I recover from surgery.

I’ve just ordered the Weiser indicator modules (BR kit) with the T3 Denali as the additional brake/tail light, I thinks it’s a better size match for the original lights.
I know some think this is an unnecessary spend but I don’t feel confident with the standard set up.
Being rear ended myself and having a good friend killed by being rear ended on the motorway in poor light conditions years ago makes me want it sorted.

I have the wiser wizard system fitted… with the larger of the two additional brake lights ( can’t remember what the number is )
Personally I like the system and how it works.
Very very easy to fit after watching the weiser video.

Expensive, but how much is my life worth?

I’ve had Rugged Roads use the GS911 to fix the issue for me by recoding the centre light and the multifunction indicators. Much better than it was and they charged £30 to do it.
Having said that I am also getting a B6 fitted at the rear with a Hex ezCan and a pair of D3’s up front.
Personal preference - I want to see more up front and be seen more front and rear.
Maybe it won’t make any difference to my safety but it will make me feel better and the D3’s mean I will be able to see better at night.

Same as others.. I also fitted the Weiser wizard and the the additional rear brake light.. "plug and play" set up with the piggy back connector for the b6 brake/tail light in-fact had the Weiser wizard kit waiting at home.. rode in garage and fitted right away.. defo best mod I've done to date!

I’ve just fitted the Weiser modules to my R1300GS but initially chose a T3 as the brake light, however it wouldn’t work right, it flickered and looked like it wasn’t getting enough power.
Spoke to Mark at Weiser, who’s been brilliant with this and my previous purchase of the full EVO kit when I had my R1250GS. Apparently the T3’s can be variable regarding the power draw, anyway they swapped it for a B6, no extra charge and it’s perfect.
Excellent mod 👍

Make's you wonder why BMW boffins decided to use multifunction indicators.. I'm sure they I've passed the Relevant tests.. My BMW r1250 GSA 2021 model did not have the multifunction indicators and retained the rear brake and tail light just must have missed out on them.. No loss there then! but did noticed on one of my bike rides another BMW r1250 GSA also a 2021 model did have the multifunction indicators fitted.. most likely a slightly later model than mine.. However did notice when he was braking and indicating the indicator was not that noticeable just about could see the indicator.. bet in certain light/Sunny conditions the indicator would not be seen.. I original thought the reason why BMW have gone down the Multifunction route is cost.. or thought it was because they have fitted the rear Radar unit "no room for tail light" but none Radar bikes also have the multifunction indicators.. either way.. Glad I installed the Weiser Wizard Modules and the B6 tail and brake light.. However did watch a you tube video of guy who installed the Weiser Wizard Modules plus the B6 tail and brake light but when he tried to Purchase the extended BMW Warranty BMW refused to extend as it was not O.E.M spec.. but was told by BMW if he removed the installation and have the Weiser Wizard Modules installed at a BMW Motoradd dealer then they could offer the Warranty.. As we all know it's a plug and play installment.. I.E Simple unplug O.E.M indicator connectors and plug the Weiser connectors "same connectors that BMW use" in-between the O.E.M connectors.. just another way of BMW allowing the dealers to empty our wallets..
