Just done a install of 2 x D3 fogs and a B6 brake light to my 2016 R1200RT ( kit bought from "A Bike thing" )
Did the job over 2 days as its quite a lot of dismantling / reassembly .
Comments are the B6 rear light is super bright on 10% as a running light , I think I am going to lower the brake intensity from 100% to perhaps 60% as its like a search light !
The 4 piece's that make up the front mounts are a work of genius once you work out how the go together , the only negative is the light have to go on upside down on the RT so the mounting bolts are very much on view . The link shows various pictures

Got to agree with that, it's way too bright at its lowest setting. I've also changed mine to a solid light rather than a flashing one as a couple of 'experts' (IAM instructors) said the look at me combination of being so bright & flashing distracted from the main message coming form the brake light.
