DENALI GEN II CANsmart Controller for BMW R1300GS '24- Mojave

I bought the Can smart for my r1300 GS triple black. with all the connectors
I wanted to connect the sound bomb and the auxiliary stop lights. All Denali products.

The horn worked perfect but can not make the Denali brake light work correctly.
I have been for a month with tech support from Ezcan and after a month of troubleshooting they are blaming the Denali stop light.

Let me show what I did for troubleshooting.
First went the directed route with red circuit on stop light and did not work.

Then as recommended by tech, tried
yellow circuit , auxiliary lights1 with power on and the stop light worked staying on. Then, still with power ON and yellow circuit, switched from auxiliary to Stop light AND IT WORKED. Pressed brake and shined brightly.
But...Stop bike and started again. This time it did not work. Thought may be is the circuit...

Then tried same on Red circuit.

1. Engine running, auxiliary lights on red circuit. All good circuit send power to sop light that is acting as an auxiliary light
2. Still engine running, switch auxiliary lights to stop light. All works perfect. Stop lights on, when step on brake lights brighter. Perfect as it should.

But....Stop engine and then restart engine. Stop light does not work at all

For me this is a software problem and not a hardware problem but i am having problems getting Denali Ezcan to send me a new unit to try it.

The hexezcan mojohelp desk have been very responsive to do the troubleshooting but they are blaming the light.
Any suggestions?

Long shot but did you set the fuse values on the tails ? Had one on mine worked fine , no issues .

You plug the unit to your PC via the USB lead once connected to the bike ( need to load the program on your pc as well as per the instructions EZCAN Controller) this brings up the setting screen , you can have a play there which allows you to choose how the unit sends power , how much and to where , also sets intensity of lights , cancellation when indicating etc etc .

They asked me to send it back and will send me a new unit. Will let you know how that goes
