it is, there's some nice picnic spots, and my grandson loves playing in the beck. Some folk wild camp there, I don't know if they get any bother from the authorities.
No I’ve done that there so you’re not on your own.It is when you go over with the bike whilst stopping to fanny around with the gate; or that could just be me;![]()

Great picture; stay away from Giles;

If you want a bit of an interesting little road, and an even more interesting little bridge, head for sedbergh golf club, the bridge is probably just wide enough for a big GS with the panniers on, ya might have to stand up on the footrests to get the feeling your on a big adventure!
I'll aim to get there for 1pm and get lunch at Margerets cafe or the other one further up. Keep a lookout for me. Don't drink too muchFor your info, the pub only opens at 2pm.
See you tomorrow.
BTW, I've started (sorry Mr.Boatman)![]()

What a fabulous setting for the Beezer. Those roads must be perfect for it.
Do I remember someone saying that you check into the campsite at the cafe?I'll aim to get there for 1pm and get lunch at Margerets cafe or the other one further up. Keep a lookout for me. Don't drink too much![]()
I think its at the little cafe/shop/museum opposite the site entrance. I've never camped there. However if you just pitch up I'm sure Margaret will hunt you down, she's usually trundling about in a little Quad type vehicle.Do I remember someone saying that you check into the campsite at the cafe?
