Well lads.

One of the only things that I didn't like about my AT when I got it a few weeks ago was the plastic air filter cover. It had been sun damaged and the gold warning label that Honda fit from the factory had part worn off and it just didn't look good anymore so I put my thinking hat on as to what to do.

About two weeks ago I sprayed it gloss black but I still though it needed something.

I ordered two black Dakar man logos for the side panels of the AT and when they arrived I found that a third one had been sent so Put it on the cover and did a bit of spraying with rattle cans I had lying around. Firstly orange the red then engine chrome and gloss black again, then I removed the dakar decal and lacquered it all up.

This was the result.

What you's think.

If memory serves me right Eric you did some paint work on the 1150, then the gear box then sold it.

So can we expect to see your new moto for sale soon:D:D

Nice job by the way:thumb2

No man. Keeping it. I love it to be honest. I've fitted crash bars and a new tire and I serviced her the other day so I'm very very happy with it. I loved the BMW and will get one again but the AT will stay with me for good now.

My thinking was that when I had the 1150 I wanted a 1200 GSA so I was never going to keep it but I always said I'd have an AT some day and I will have a 1200 GSA some day too but the AT will stay here. Thats the Plan anyway. :thumb
