Well, nearly 4 years on I find myself in the same situation as the 3 year warranty on my 1250 GS is up in a couple of week's time. I've not had anything from the mothership offering to help me sleep easier at night for a kings ransom yet but I've already decided as the cost to extend the warranty will go a long way towards paying for it's tax, mot, insurance, fuel and even maybe something towards its service costs I'm going to decline their offer.
