different colours in pipes

Hi All
I have got the exhaust pipes of my 1100 and have noticed that the top ports on the pipes are looking like they are running alot hotter than the bottom two but cant understand why there is such a differance as its all exhaust and they are exactly the same each side. Anyone got any ideas or if they have seen this on other bikes please let me know.

looks weak in top exhaust outlet

Just wanted to also say it looks like its running weak on the top exhaust valves and more black , sooty on the bottom but identical each side. Any ideas or is it just how they are. (first time i have had the pipes of so havent seen in here before) Many thanks For your replys Adam
