DImension of frame tubes

Hi, weird question but does anyone know the diameter of the frame tubes of the F700Gs, the one above the gear lever.
I am needing to bolt a Kliktronic on there for my wife, I also need to know the angle of the gear lever to that tube, it looks about 45 degrees.
If you anyone has one of these, any help with the bracket would be cool.

Well despite being inundated on here, I managed to get the information from my local friendly dealer.
