Pannier Frame dimensions

Can anyone be kind enough to give me the measurements of a set of pannier frames for the 1150GS. I have a guy who is pricing making me a set of aluminium boxes and he can also make the frames from tubular steel but I cannot find the dimensions anywhere.
I just need the measurements of the rectangular part of the frame as mounting brackets and support strut can be worked out later.

Holan or TT tubular or he may be even able to make something like Verns from heavier aluminium.
