The dip switch on my '82 R100RS has three positions- Dip, Main, and Flash and it sometimes sticks in the 'flash' position. With full beam plus two spots it can be annoying for approaching traffic in daylight when I don't notice they've stuck ON. I notice it PDQ after dark, mind. Squirting WD40 into it doesn't work. Is it possible to strip the switch, or is it sealed-for-life? Any suggestions? MotoWorks sell the cluster.
