Owing to circumstances beyond my control, ie Denise (the girly :angel, not the girly bike :D) having to work , I am unexpectedly free this weekend!
Anybody out playing that doesn't mind me tagging along with the big orange thing?

Would you fancy a fairly easy ride on the Mold route tomorrow (Sat).
It would help to get a few more miles on the Crm and test how well my ribs are healing. Might be a bit smoky though:augie

Hew, go and see the results of our (Sarah Teach and myself) hard work at the sunken lane near Cyfylliog Bridge. It's great now, and do it from the Bridge up, and keep your feet up.
Keep me informed of how Earthmover performs..................:D

Enjoy.:thumb2

Looks as if it's me and Jack Jones again:)
Still I need to start doing some riding ready for the "Blame Timolgra Ride".

Thanks I've got the PM.
It's the one that had the bullocks on that time.

Yes mate, that's the one.
The climb is great now.
Andy T showed Forry how not to do it..........:augie
Oh and the video of it is on youtube..........:D

Enjoy yourself.

Sorry Hew, only just switched the PC on! Went out last night with the family for my dad's 70th. Ended up doing last minute shopping for the Honda today, didn't want to trust the Xmas post. Rode the GS over to Sandiford's to collect some shims for the valves and a new rocker cover gasket.
Can't go out tomorrow morning either as have to take my lad practicing his reversing etc before his driving test.

No problem Mark. I did a few lanes which took me near to where a mate was doing a WOR a race experience day. So I talked to him for a while and watched the race before heading back home over some more lanes. The back roads were covered with black ice:eek:

Tell me about it! A mate from work said he would show me the back roads around Rivington on the way. Either Tiger's have a harsher power delivery than the GS, or he has a twitchy right wrist :eek
Narrow, dry stone wall lined roads, with water running down them (or not IYSWIM) were not the best places to be this morning. I didn't have too much of a problem, but he was all over the place a couple of times. Thankfully we both stayed upright. Went past the Toby Inn at Edgerton, scene of my first AMCA motocross race twenty odd years ago. The track doesn't seem to be there anymore, and the pub looks to have been tarted up a lot. Perhaps the two are connected. :D
