Almost ready to place the order
I've been given the go ahead by Maier's so I'm hoping to be in a position to place an order towards the end of next week.
As most of you will already know, I have asked for some up front orders to help with the funding.
There are some namesthough, that aren't subscribers and therefore can't receive PM's, so I thought I would post the information below.

The Maier Splash Guard is getting closer to becoming a reality.
They are happy to deal with me, though with a minimum order restriction. This means I need to find quite a large sum to cover the goods, postage and import duties.
With this in mind I'm hoping that those who have already said they are interested in the Guards would be prepared to pay up front for theirs.
As an incentive I will offer these people a guaranteed price of
£60.00 for the 1200 version &
£67.00 for the 650/800 version
including postage within the UK & Northern Ireland (Basically UK postcodes).
I'm expecting the end price to be more like £65.00 plus postage, giving you a saving of around £8.50
For those who don't know of me, and as a form of reassurance that I'm not about to scam you. I'm the guy who sells the Muffs and Gauchos on the site. I've also been a subscriber here since 2005 when I bought my 1200GS.

All monies will be fully refundable up to the point that I make payment to Maiers. So if this all falls through you will not loose out. However if the shipment is lost in transit, we'll have to wait till the insurance pays out.
