i was looking for a quick/easy sullution should it ever happen on the road.
bear in mind my hands / arms, i am ok'ish outside my garage at home but up a mountain etc

I've got a new FPC on mine and the one that came off it had started working again, so RAC man Scotchlocked the by-pass leads onto the output side of the old FPC, so that I can either use the old FPC should the new one fail or connect up the the bypass leads to the battery.

Hope that makes sense?

Wee blue things in the toolkit: fixed me at the side of the road in a jiffy. I also took a wiring description to make sure that I connected the correct colours. Hope this helps,
