Hi everybody,
Yes I'm alive but the bike doesn't. I have been lucky only broken wrist and L1 vertebra. I will be OK in a couple of months.
The reason for this post is to ask you if in the UK this bike could be repairable or a total loss.
The bike landed as you can see in the picture.

The full force of the impact can clearly be seen in the front wheel, which will transfer to the forks and then the headstock. My guess is it would be uneconomical to repair.
What age is the bike?

It's a very unique picture, one for the wall and framed I'd say. It could have been so much worse. Hope you mend soon.

Looks like the whole front end has been stuffed, so I would expect it to be a write off, and sold for parts........ :nenau

Exactly. I was pushed to the side by other car and ran into a stopped car.
Did it go right over the car? or was the car moving at the time and kept going?

The car wasn't moving. I didn't hit the car with my body.

The vertebra damage does not sound good. Here's hoping you make a full recovery.

Regarding the bike - I would not like to say but if it is not your fault you probably have a better chance with the insurance.

Close to 30mph, the problem was I was accelerating and did not see the car in front as I was looking the car that was pushing me out of my line.
 
If the front subframe/headstock is straight it could be a straightforward repair for a competent home mechanic with replacement parts, although the fork sliders and front wheel are expensive. I assume the instrument panel is okay and it needs a screen and screen frame.

Do not try to start the engine once back on its wheels as the engine oil may get into the cylinders through the airbox/crankcase breather circuit and cause hydraulic lock. Be sure to remove the spark plugs and crank over by hand slowly a few revs then briefly use the starter motor in pulses to purge oil before refitting the spark plugs, just to be safe. Failure to do this could cause connecting rod damage.

My guess is it will be an insurance write off due to the labour costs involved.

I have been lucky with the vertebra. They "rescued" me from the crash site really well. The problem was identified immediately even when I didn't have any pain involved.
The solution for the vertebra it's been a kyphoplasty. They have introduced like a cement inside the vertebra and I can do everything I was doing before since the day after the medical intervention.
