all this agenda comparing is making my head spin. Suggests Doc puts up a couple of dates and then the one where most can join is the date. If people can make it good if not there will be other opportiunities. Experience shows you will never make everyone happy. That's basically what we do with the South East meet ups. Fixed agenda now for 2025. Ad hoc events can always be arranged if anyone desires but the published ones are always fixed.
