Engelbert Straus shorts he's wearing, are a popular German brand workwear, those boots are most probably from same brand. Wouldn't be surprised if he's looking for some late lunch.

Nice Doc! Wine looks good value. Bet there are some very nice local Riesling’s amongst those shelves.
