No, it does not.
No. Not if the original final drive is fitted. Its pretty obvious if you have a look though. Its a black tube about 2 1/2" long and maybe 3/4" diameter infront of the rear brake caliper that sits parallel to the torsion bar/driveshaft.
Yours is bigger than mine 
The original is fitted, but I'll double check for a black tube in front of the rear caliper
