Does anybody know what this connector is for?

The Highest Hill In Norfolk.
While rewiring the spotlights on my 2005 R1200GS I had the tank off. I found a 2 wire connector next to the left hand side of the ABS servo unit. It's not connected to anything, and looks like it never has been connected.

SO.. Does anybody know what it's for??

I'm not stupid you know. It's a GS so needs red canbus fluid. The GSA needs blue fluid.

Tapped in via my telephonic device, cos I'm a hip, trendy, modern kinda guy...

:blast......wow .....I got it all wrong for the last few years and its still wrong. ......what shold I do ....?? SELL IT AND GET A new one with water resistant canbus fluid

You're fooked, it'll cost loadsa money to put that right. May as well just go and buy another GS.
I'll take the old one of your hands for £20 if you like :D

So sorry to hear about this disaster happening to you so I'll offer you £21.50
in equal payments over Ten years, tough on my finances but as it's a fellow tosser....
