It was sold to me as a Carbon look , but it is actually carbon fibre. It seems to bolt onto the rear brake hose guide bolt and the rear lower shock bolt , but seems to need a spacer or something for the rear lower shock bolt.
If I can identify the manufacturer then I can see what the fitting kit looks like
