Does this driveshaft need changing?

Was greasing the driveshaft splines and noticed they look worn compared to the gearbox end. They look very narrow. The joint at the final drive end isn’t notchy but drops down under its own weight.
I’m guessing this means it’s time for a new or decent second hand one?
I also noticed oil in the swing arm, it was fairly clear/golden looking, and there was a bit on the boot at the final drive end, gearbox end boot was dry. I’m guessing the most likely culprit is the final drive inner seal? It’s got a fairly new rubber boot on the final drive end so don’t think it’s from water egress.

Having had one snap on me, on the M25 when it was dark and wet - when filtering, i would not risk it. Whilst the likelyhood is that it would just spin on the male section, my experience of the wheel locking up when filtering means I now pay far more attention to the driveline, including the correct, expensive grease etc.
