I swapped the standard exhaust with the Akra, and I flipped the seat height adapter. Possibly it's fallen out of my toolbox.

Well you are pointing me in the right direction. It's exactly the same size, but the 4 peg pins are all correctly located, so it must be used to retain something else too...

Found it! It's one of the two pins that allow the screen to articulate. The other one doesn't have a circlip! I'm guessing the mechanic forgot to fit them when assembling the bike at vines. Hence why this one has come out.

...and replaced under warranty by Vines of Redhill. Great service. Dont buy the Red LC on display there as its missing a pair of circlips.
