...you've been working on your bike and you find a left over component.... Any idea where this goes?

I swapped the standard exhaust with the Akra, and I flipped the seat height adapter. Possibly it's fallen out of my toolbox.

Pillion foot peg?? Looks like you knocked off the cir-clip on the bottom ??

edit .... oh well ... ignore my last then .. !

Toolbox, sounds good to me!

Barry Sheene used to throw a couple,of nuts under his rivals bikes on the grid and then point them out to their mechanics!

Well you are pointing me in the right direction. It's exactly the same size, but the 4 peg pins are all correctly located, so it must be used to retain something else too...

After you've put on new Twat Suit and latest Arai Tour X,made sure all spotlights are shining brightly and panniers fitted, before climbing on the Waitrose Courier, place said bolt up one's rectum to complete the Toilet Tosser look

Found it! It's one of the two pins that allow the screen to articulate. The other one doesn't have a circlip! I'm guessing the mechanic forgot to fit them when assembling the bike at vines. Hence why this one has come out.

Tried that first. Wouldn't fit.

7 ahh.... Of course! That was Sheene's number wasn't it?

I can understand how that would rile them. It was certainly getting to me, not knowing what might fall off.
