Downloading waypoints from Nav V ?

I want to download some waypoints from my 'standby' Nav V into BaseCamp but I don't want them to 'disappear' into the mass of waypoints I already have under 'recently downloaded'
Any expert here know how to do this ?

Move or delete your existing recently downloaded favourites into a separate section and then download the latest dollop from your back-up Nav V.

Other methods are, of course, available.

It’s the simplest method I found, from when I had two Nav V’s.
