DR-Z 400 E relaunched!

Im going to have to have a look at one of these new 'E' versions, and see what kind of trade in deal I can get. Thanks for your replies.:thumb2

i jus got one, what an exellant bike!!!
surprised how much power it has, very very pleased, a far cry from the old 350

Do the E's still come with the really loud exhaust? When I bought my O2 model, the exhaust was the first thing to get dumped:eek: Far too loud for the trails IMO

Shep

The standard system on this 2004 model in my shed is really quiet. The 2000 model was deafening, in fact so loud that it failed enduro scrutineering noise test (warning issued).

Timpo.

Suzuki had to drop the bike for emissions reason. The reason it looks the same as the old bike is because it is the old bike. If suzuki import less than 350 unit per year emissons do come in to the equation, my local suzuki dealer told me that just after christmas. So next year you may see them again until the old stock is used up
