Got chatting to the owner, it's a Triumph 6T Tunderbird base eg engine and bits of the frame, with Sunbeam yokes, bonnie forks and disc front, much reworked Harley guards and load of home engineered stuff by the owner. He told me he'd been running it as a rough rat bike for years and years and only built it up 'properly' a year or two ago. It caught my eye when he road on, just looked tidy and also well riden as he slid it across the field at speed !!!

He just came for the ride and a few beers on Friday in Llangollen, he didn't go to the rally site cos he says he's too

Great Pics, really lets you get a feel for the event.
I guess wet and cold sums it up, but looks great fun.

Get 'em up then Shaggy. Actually it was John Taylforth's bike. So cold I had to warm me hands up on the header pipes
