Disconnect the fuel supply line and energise the fuel pump circuit by switching on the bike (not starting) if the tank is still fitted to the bike. It make take a while to drain so put the container on a stand or extend the fuel line. When the tank runs dry you can remove it, take care as there will still be a bit of fuel left in the tank. Hope this works as I haven't done it. Link to parts fiche may help http://www.maxbmwmotorcycles.com/fiche/DiagramsMain.aspx?vid=51732&rnd=03192010

We had to do this in The Gambia for all the bikes that were flown back. Someone had made up a short pipe with one of the quick release fittings on it and connected it to the fuel out pipe. It pumped all the fuel out. (fuel was then gratefully deposited in my waiting empty 41lt tank ).
