I've seen several threads on lowering the seat height and would like to try on my paralever R100 GS. I know Hagon can do a shorter rear unit and the R100R is supposedly an inch shorter too, but to keep the bike balanced I assume the front needs to drop - is this a relatively straight forward task?
Advice and wise council please

A doddle, just undo the pinch bolts in the clamps & raise each one through the yolks. I raised mine about 10mm to quicken the steering slightly & help with braking (more weight over the front).
