There is far more there than can be done in a week, I would recommend getting the "Motorcycle Journey's Through The Alps and Beyond" book.
Also check that any passes you wish to Travel are open.
I assume you will come stright down from the Black Forest and past Bern in Switzerland to stay somewhere near Lauterbrunnen / Grindelwald from here you can head East to Meiringen then turn South over the Grimsel Pass and then head East again over the Furka (if the Grimsel is closed you could go from Meiringen over the Susten Pass to Andermatt, or if the Furka is closed you could take the Nufenen)
From Andermatt you can head back South again and take the St Gothard Pass (If the weather is good take the old pass as the new one s just modern motorway style - but if wet it is handy as the old one has many cobbled sections)
This shows the route around Andermatt
From here continue South to Lugano and then head back East to Colico (Lake Como)
That is about four - five hours in the saddle, so an easy day with plenty of time to stop and enjoy the scenery and takes you over several of the Alps greatest roads (although the Alps does have about 100 Greatest roads and several hundred just bloody excellent ones)
If you get a copy of the book these roads are in Trip 1 and Trip 31.
Around Como you also have loads of other great roads, the San Bernadino pass is nearby (supposedly very good, but I have not yet had the pleasure) and you may well be withing striking distance of the Splugen (My Favourite)
