its called a external jump start kit, you can put a positive crocodile clip on it and obviously connect the negative lead and you can jump start the bike using it

Yep, jump-starting, charging, I even connect my tyre pump to it via a croc clip.

Its negative counterpart is the left head, southwest of the inlet port.
