I’ve just acquired a bracket from eBay and fitted it to my R9T. The power cable has two sockets. Easy enough to recognise the one to plug into the spare socket under the front of the tank, but what is the second one for? Is it just another power source or might it be connected with the wonder wheel?

Thanks in advance.

One for power. One for bike controls and info (you can get tyre pressure, engine temp, revs etc on your head unit)

Okay. Thank you. I’ve got a spare channel on the ezCAN for more power options if I need them or I’ll just put in a separate feed.

Only one of the cables is used on the R1250gsa. The other is sealed with a blanking plug. The cradle still gets all bike data via the one connected cable.
