As above really.

Any recommendations/stuff to avoid.

Looking to protect the timing case from road crap.

Cheers :)

Had both, lovely carbon Fender Extender, replaced with a lovely stainless Crud catcher - lost the fender extender on first outing..

Some people say that if you have both there isn't any clearance. Did you not have that issue?

I have both fitted and clearance is no problem

There is a clearance issue on the front with one of the after market bash plates but if you have the BMW factory fit one no problem

Do you have a GS or GSA? They'll both fit together on the GS, but not on the GSA, apparently.

GS for me.

Get both then.:thumb

In reality, I've just got the fender extender on my GSA, 8k miles, have been down a lot of gravel tracks & fire roads, and there isn't one chip on the front of the engine casing.

Fender extender... Had a crud catcher and took if off cause it was gathering crap behind it, extender does great job on its own

That's not a dumb question.........yesterday someone asked if the seat height of a Moto guzzi brava was lower than a 1200 GSA :D:blast:blast:blast. Sad but true

2014 GS...................... Crud catcher, and extender. It's close, but they don't touch.

I like the look at the one from Nippy Normans as it doesn't require drilling. Which is a good thing.

£150 for the mudsling and fender extender.

Sold!
