I have GS12 PMS (boring but they are my initials) and I have K100 PMS which was on my K100 RS 16v in August 92, now on my '92 r100r
I have only just discovered that once a number has been on a bike it cannot go back to a car which is rather annoying.
Anyway shouldn't it be LC12 BMW?

Obviously any bikes with 13 in the reg will be experiencing tank slappers and all the others won't.

I'm sure that was changed a few years ago to allow cherished marks to go bike to car to bike. I don't think it gone back to how it was.

You were right the first time, can go between car and bike no problem now.

Because they're fun, and a good registration could hold it's value or even make something on a good day.
K100 PMS has been on quite a few of my bikes (which causes total chaos when they go into Vines for servicing).
I thought about getting one, but put the money towards petrol instead
I agree, I thought about it to, for about 30 seconds, but then came to my senses
each to their own, but like religion it needs to be mocked from time to time.
Personalised number plates are for people from Essex or blokes with small knobs........
