As promised (sorry about the delay), here's the Dyno chart from TTS last Thursday. The blue line represents the Techlusion at its factory settings, the red line shows it after a minor 'tweak', achieving a further 1.4 bhp and 1.6 ft/lbs torque.

Mike:)

Hi Mike,
Thats quite a dip between 4-5k could they not dial it out with the Techlusion? Do you feel that dip on the road?
Thanks.

Interestingly, that's on the graph from June 03 - although power is marginally down over the entire graph now, the dip has disappeared.

Can't say I noticed it anyway, to be honest. I remember riding away from the set up in 03 and trying to change up into 6th after an overtake, only to find I was already there - which, I reckon, shows the value of getting the Techclusion set up professionally...

Couldn't agree more abut professional setting up.:) I'm used to smaller BHP bikes where that dip might be noticable? I wondered if you'd feel it on a larger BHP bike?

I'm used to carbs and have always been able to get my bikes pretty near perfect. But all this Fi and motronic stuff is a black art to me. My new word of the day is Techlusion. I find myself drawn to this word.;) :D (Taipan heads off to google techlusion uk supplier):D

did they, or can they, do a fuelling chart?
Dynos should be able to add an air/fuel ratio chart across the bottom of the graph. They dont always put it on though?

not all dynos, as my local bloke can't do it. he does say you can tell by looking at the graph, but i want a proper measurement.

According to Dynojet it is an add on. So maybe worth ringing round first. I think most of the newer ones have it though?
i think teh load variator 250 Dynojets are best. They can simulate mor things, apparently

Mike & I have both posted these before. I've not had mine done more recently, though, but nor have I changed anything on the bike since then..... I've also only done 25k miles

Go North young man................
Take a ride over the Severn Bridge Cookie,I can highly recommend Royston Edwards he's in a little place called Rogiet, you can almost see his place on your left hand side as you exit the tollbooths, come off the M4 @ Magor services and head back towards the bridge on the A48 (I think) for a couple of miles.
Give Royston a bell on 01291 422226
My air-fuel ratio graph is as flat as a flat thing  between 14;1 and 13;1 throughout the rev range apart from a dip into the high 12's between 5 - 5500 rpm.
He doesn't charge the earth either and can overlay other GS graphs over yours-just to amuse you:D
