E-mails

A company sends me job orders (A4 size) by e-mail but I only get two thirds of the order on screen. About a third (vertically) is cut off, tried all sorts to cure it. They said my settings are out but everything else is fine any ideas?.
Any piss takes, assistance appreciated.

is it an attachment or is the text embedded in the e mail body. If its an attachment what format is it? .doc / .rtf / .txt etc......
