I saw this article on a Airhead Facebook page today

In fairness it could have been E5 fuel that did that. Or crap application of the tank liner. Or that it had sat for an unspecified period of time.....
 
older forms of petseal etc are not ethanol resistant so if the tank was sealed some years ago then the liner will disintegrate with E5 and E10 - if the tank needed sealing several years ago then it is probably pretty fucked now anyway...
